RR, SR, RYD et al.: “Everybody should lose”

May 14, 2013

Raman Reddy, Sraddhalu Ranade, R.Y. Deshpande and all those elements who are supporting their anti-Ashram movement have finally admitted what they too have realized as they keep on pursuing their agenda of self-destruction: they are on a losing wicket. They have now even spelled out their end and their plan to attempt to drag the Sri Aurobindo Ashram and the Aurobindonian Collective down with them as their efforts fail and as they plummet precipitously.

In Prof. Manoj Das’s recent post, addressed to these destructive elements, he emphatically stated:

“Be sure, you cannot but lose the case. Despite all your lies, hypocrisy, dubiously gathered resources, you will be defeated, because I presume that out of sheer pity Providence will not let you suffer the terrible consequences of your stabbing and killing the Deed signed by the Mother and sealed by Her Divine authority. She is the founder of the Ashram and She alone had the right to formulate the Deed by which it should run. “Singh” Panchayat had no business to raise any question about it. Be guided by the founder’s Will or get out of it. Indeed, a defeat – and that is certain – will be your only partial redemption.”

These anti-Ashram elements had hoped that by suppressing and censuring Prof. Manoj Das’s response that was  addressed to them, they would be able to suppress the truth and make their lies live just a little longer. But this wasn’t to be. Prof. Manoj Das’s direct intervention has brought the truth out  in the open.

In an act of desperation and in a lame attempt to respond to Prof. Manoj Das, Raman Reddy, Sraddhalu Ranade, R.Y. Deshpande and their associates have now admitted that their efforts are bound to result in their loss. But instead of admitting defeat for having chosen a path of self-destruction, they egoistically wish to extend their miserable fate to all others so that everyone suffers, and not they alone. They have now admitted that as a result of the frivolous dispute that they have initiated over Peter Heehs’ book:

… everybody loses, the anti-book as well as the pro-book lobby.

But we say, no thank you!

There is more, much more to the Sri Aurobindo Ashram and the Aurobindonian collective that is beyond and greater than the “anti-book” or “pro-book” lobbies, both of which are nothing else but the mindless creations of Raman Reddy, Sraddhalu Ranade et al.

As an aside, where is this mythical “pro-book” lobby that Raman Reddy, Sraddhalu Ranade et al. are fighting against so ardently? Where can it be found? How do Prof. Manoj Das or Manoj Das Gupta become a part of the “pro-book” lobby when they choose to defend the Sri Aurobindo Ashram and the Aurobindonian collective from the onslaught of narrow-mindedness and bigotry that is promoted by the anti-book lobby?  In reality, there is no such thing as the “pro-book” lobby at all. The pro-book lobby is entirely a phantasmagorical creation of the narrow-minded and short-sighted anti-book lobby which needs the imaginary shadow of a “pro-book” lobby in order to wage it’s personal war against some members of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram.

Nobody has forced Raman Reddy, Sraddhalu Ranade, R.Y. Deshpande and their anti-book lobby to go down the path of narrow, dark, personal self-interests which can be satisfied only with the use of Falsehood. They chose that regressive path. It’s up to Providence now to bail them out, if at all it must.

The rest of the Aurobindonian collective including the Sri Aurobindo Ashram have no part to play in a dispute that is of the making of a handful of disgruntled, dissatisfied individuals and that is only meant to serve their petty, personal  interests. There is absolutely no reason why everyone should be made to pay and lose for the sordid, regretful actions of Raman Reddy, Sraddhalu Ranade, R.Y. Deshpande and all those elements who are supporting their anti-Ashram movement.

To repeat Prof. Manoj Das’s concluding words addressed to these elements:

“The silent curse of the hundreds of innocent Ashramites who are here because the Mother’s Will runs it, would crush you spiritually once they realise what you are up to. You are playing with fire yourselves and, what is worse, you have destroyed the poise of some unfortunate elements who had forgotten the purpose of their taking shelter here or who are simply immature.”
